The location is GREAT its like a 4 minute walk to mambo beach blvd and the beach with great shops and a few good resturants. The front desk woman was great. She even went out of her way to help us get a rental and offered tips on where to get gas and shop. The security guards were friendly as well. The bungalow we had was spacious and included a fridge, stove and cooking utensils. We had a back porch with a table, a few nights we ate outside on the back porch. The only thing is the bathroom needs updating. The toliet looked run down and was stained.
Stayed here while working on the island. Nice rooms with a kitchenette. Air conditioning was only in the bedrooms and was no hot water but still a great experience.

This entire place needs some TLC. It looks much better on the photos than it really is. It is a short walk to the beach, but it is a very busy and noisy place. ||Don't expect quiet nights as the beach parties sound loudly and keep you out of your sleep until 2AM, if you like partying fine, but if you come for a rest don't stay here.

Stayed here with a group of divers. Warm welcome at reception and shown to our 2 bedroom bungalows. Spacious and well equipped. Very clean and comfortable. The grounds were immaculate as was the swimming pool. Ideally situated to nearby beach and a variety of restaurants and bars. Dive centre close by also.
